HustlerSync (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and related services (“Services”).

Location is requested through the standard Android/iOS permission prompt (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION) and is only accessed while the app is in use. You can revoke this permission at any time from your device settings.

2.4 Camera and Photos

With your permission, HustlerSync accesses your device’s camera (android.permission.CAMERA) and photo library to let you:

• Capture or choose a profile picture.
• Upload images for your services, posts, or chats.
• Submit verification or identity documents where applicable.

We only access the camera or photos when you explicitly trigger an action that requires it (for example, tapping “Take photo” or “Choose from gallery”). Photos and camera images are uploaded to our secure cloud storage solely for the purpose described above and are never used for advertising. We do not record audio or video in the background, and we do not access the camera without an explicit user action.

2.5 Notifications

With your permission (POST_NOTIFICATIONS), we send push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging for bookings, messages, and account updates. You can disable notifications at any time from your device settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Provide and operate the platform
• Match clients with hustlers
• Process transactions
• Communicate with users
• Improve our services
• Ensure safety and prevent fraud

4. Sharing Your Information

We may share information with:

• Other users (e.g., client ↔ hustler matching)
• Service providers (payment processors, hosting services)
• Legal authorities when required by law

We do NOT sell your personal data.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure.

• ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION – to match users with nearby services.
